Fractioning and sorting of bio-based bulk materials can be performed at the Biomass Technology Centre by combining different methods of comminution with fractioning according to particle sizes and particle density. Particle size based fractioning can be performed for amounts ranging from 5 kg to 2 ton. Fractioning according to particle density is performed on amounts of 100 kg to 2 ton.
