Derome Plusshus is primarily delivered as group-built single-family homes and apartment buildings. Our industrial building system is also well suited for example for offices, senior housing and densification projects. We deliver industrially optimized and customized multi-dwelling buildings and collectively built houses to professional clients in Sweden and Norway from our house factories in Kristinehamn and Renholmen. Our customers can choose if the delivery should be ex works, free workplace or standing frame. In selected projects, we can also deliver turnkey above ground.
