The Wasa Station event centre is being planned at the site of the old Vaasa bus station. The event centre will include a shopping centre, a music and congress centre, a multipurpose hall, a hotel and apartments. Commercial premises of various sizes, from 20 to 2,000 m2, are available for lease in the shopping centre. If all goes according to plan, construction will begin in autumn 2016 and the event centre will be completed in autumn 2018.
